CRUSHES <3

YOU feel nervous whenever u see her/him.Your face blushes. You feel embarrased.Well, it seems that you have a crush....

Sometimes you cannot choose your crush.He/Her might be your clssmate, neighbour, your brother or sister friend....As we grow older, our feelings will change. Therefore, you might have a special feeling towards someone. You might feel confuse and do not know how to handle the feelings towards him/her. You can ask your parents about it.They were once kids and have thier first crush before.Maybe, they will share their experience with you.You might also want to ask your brother or sister.I am sure that they are facing the same problems as you
too.

When you have a crush on someone and him/her also likes you, that will be a wonderful feeling. But things usually do not turn out like this....You will feel sad and depressed when you found out that him/her do not like you. That feeling is called heartbreak.Do not worry, heartbreak is not your heart breaking in pieces...Those sad feelings only last for a while and will soon fade away.

When someone tells you that they like you, reject them nicely if you do not like them in return.

CRUSHES ARE NEW AND EXCITING.SO ENJOY THEM WHILE YOU CAN!!!SOMEDAY YOU WILL BE TELLING YOUR KIDS ABOUT YOUR FIRST CRUSH!!!!CRUSHES ROCKS!!!

Bullies! How?

Bullying is a big problem that affects lots of kids. Three-quarters of all kids say they have been bullied or teased. Being bullied can make kids feel really bad. The stress of dealing with bullies can make kids feel sick. Bullying can make kids not want to play outside or go to school. It's hard to keep your mind on schoolwork when you're worried about how you're going to deal with the bully. Bullying bothers everyone. Bullying can make school a place of fear and can lead to more violence and more stress for everyone.

Why Do They Do this?

Some bullies are:
  • looking for attention.
  • Think bullying is a way to be popular or to get what they want.
  • Trying to make themselves feel more important. When they pick on someone else, it can make them feel big and powerful.
  • Come from families where everyone is angry and shouting all the time. They may think that being angry, calling names, and pushing people around is a normal way to act.
  • Copying what they've seen someone else do.
  • Have been bullied before.
  • May not really know how hurtful their actions can be.

Most bullies don't understand or care about the feelings of others.Bullies often pick on someone they think they can have power over. They might pick on kids who get upset easily or who have trouble sticking up for themselves. Getting a big reaction out of someone can make bullies feel like they have the power they want. Sometimes bullies pick on someone who is smarter than they are or different from them in some way. Sometimes bullies just pick on a kid for no reason at all.

What to do?

  • Don't give the bully a chance.
  • Stand tall and be brave.
  • Feel good about you.
  • Get a friend or become friends with the bully.
  • Ignore the bully.
  • Stand up for yourself.
  • Tell an adult.

Dealing With Bullies || Back to top, baby.

Troubled Boy: Erm ... i am in pri5 and there is a big guy in my school who keep picking on me. I am very scared and troubled. Please help me ...

Dear Troubled boy,

Don't be afraid of the bully. It may be because he is treated unfairly by other or by their family members. These bullies usually come from broken families who have nobody to turn to when in need. So, they become bullies to make their self-esteem higher. It is better to approach an adult for help than to solve your own problems. Next time, when you see the bully, don't be afraid and stand tall. If possible, make friends with the bully so that they can become a better person in life. Moreover, they will not feel lonely and satisfy their anger by beating people up. The bullies may seem strong on the outside but in the inside, they are more fragile than others. Don't judge a book by it's cover :D

Your's Truly,
The Aunties

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU FEEL LEFT OUT?

-Find friends.
-Speak up.
-Invite a friend.
-Don't take it out on yourself.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU HATE SCHOOL?

It's a good idea to talk to someone about your problems with school. Your mom, dad, relative, teacher, or school counselor will be able to help you. It's especially important to tell an adult if the problem is that you're being bullied or someone hurts you physically.
Another good idea is to write down your feelings about school in a journal. You can use a journal or diary or just write in an ordinary notebook. It's a great way to let out emotions that may be stuck inside you. And you don't have to share what you've written with others.
If you feel disorganized or like you can't keep up with your schoolwork, your teachers and school counselors want to help. Teachers want and expect you to ask for help learning stuff. If all of your subjects seem really hard, a school counselor can help you sort things out. Special help is available if you need it. Try not to let the problems go on too long. It's easier to catch up on one chapter than the whole book!
